  • Introductory interview: phone interview with the company management and/or sales management about the company, its business model, sales structures, etc. (approx. one hour)
  • Preparation of the interviews
  • Two consultants conduct individual interviews (personal appointments) lasting approximately two hours (on a single day) with the management of the company, sales, marketing and customer service as well as experts
  • Evaluation of the results and development of spheres of activity and priorities
  • Presentation of the results on location (approx. 2 to 3 hours)
  • Results as a PDF report
