Digital maturity in customer management

The digitization check takes a holistic approach to customer management along the customer journey. It was developed in cooperation with the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences.

This is how we proceed:
- Initial talk to help us understand your company, products and employees
- Preparation of the questionnaires
- Individual interviews with the company management, the managers of sales, marketing and customer service, and experts in these fields
- Preparation of the results
- Current state of digital maturity
- Focus-points along the customer journey
- Fields of action according to priorities
- Translate measures into digital roadmap
- Presentation and discussion of the results
- Initial recommendations for action and road map development
Scope of services Digitization Check:
- Introductory interview: phone interview with the company management and/or sales management about the company, its business model, sales structures, etc. (approx. one hour)
- Preparation of the interviews
- Two consultants conduct individual interviews (personal appointments) lasting approximately two hours (on a single day) with the management of the company, sales, marketing and customer service as well as experts
- Evaluation of the results and development of spheres of activity and priorities
- Presentation of the results on location (approx. 2 to 3 hours)
- Results as a PDF report
