In the past mom-and-pop stores knew everything about their customers and they were able to profit from this fact. Information about their customers was their big asset. Nowadays big shopping centers use various data sources. Nevertheless they know their customers to a certain extent only because it is difficult to evaluate and interpret the amount of different, often also duplicate data.

Growing enterprises face the same problem: Many data sources, but no overview! Different systems supply valuable information, however, this information often cannot be connected for integrated and substantial output.

The Customer Data Hub (CDH) helps establishing the connecting “Golden Record” which interconnects multiple information to a “true” image of the customer.
